Sold Cat Toys at School To Raise Money

We want to thank our school, River Springs Charter School and the director Marla Hart for allowing us to put donation boxes in the lunch room.  We were also given permission to have the basket of toys for sale in the front office.

It was exciting when the Site Facilitator came into our classroom and told Michael and me about what a great idea it was to make cat toys and put them in a basket for sale.

She complimented us in front of the whole class.

We were also excited when a mom with 3 boys bought three of our cat toys.  I know their cats will like them, because ours play with them all the time.  They are starting to get frayed on the edges from all the playing.

We will have to talk mom into helping us make more so we can give a lot of them to the Adoption Center.  We bought a lot of cute kitty fabric to make more.
